I don't know if this is normal, but she was very kind to me throughout the process. Also, she never got tired of explaining things to me over and over again, and she has a way of calming her clients so that they don't stress too much about their immigration case. Overall, I must say that Ms. Rodriguez is very intelligent, very dedicated, and will do whatever she can to help all of her clients.
